Join us as Dr. Aaron Sanders talks about the Chemistry of brewing! Learn what chemical transformations happen along the way as sugar is converted to alcohol, and the process technology improvements that have been made in large-scale fermentation. Find out what the Maillard reaction has to do with malting, why brewers use hops, and why some beers turn "skunky".
