The Chemistry and the Law Division (CHAL) is pleased to offer a five-part webinar series focused on patent-related topics of interest to every chemist. 

The third webinar in the CHAL series will focus on collaborative research considerations and will be presented by MaryAnne Armstrong of Birch Stewart Kolasch Birch LLP. Collaborative agreements in research are essential for sustaining the influx of support for small companies and universities. Unfortunately, entering a collaborative agreement without considering a number of important issues can have long reaching detrimental effects for the parties to the agreement.
